Our Events
Every year INBC organizes two major belly dance festivals: The Annual Bazaar and Summer’s End.
We also partner with other organizers to help spread the word about their events and secure discounts for INBC members. Members have access to additional performance opportunities at festivals such as (art fairs and international fests) and members-only haflas.
About the Annual Bazaar
The Annual Bazaar is INBC’s flagship event. Typically held in March, the Bazaar features:
- Workshops from some of Indiana’s finest professional dancers
- Shopping galore, including a large swap ‘n’ shop area
- A nationally-known headliner presenting workshops and performing in the gala show
- Networking opportunities
- The biggest and best belly dance show of the year
About Summer's End
Summer’s End is an annual INBC-sponsored event. Typically held in August or September, Summer’s End is hosted by area dance troupes on a rotating basis. One goal is to increase inclusion by holding an event OUTSIDE of the Indianapolis area. Like the Bazaar, Summer’s End typically includes workshops, shopping, swap ‘n’ shop, networking, and a fabulous gala show, but presented in a more intimate setting.
