Swap ‘n Shop
We are pleased to announce the return of the ever-popular Swap ‘n Shop to Summer’s End. Here’s what you need to know:
- Swap ‘n Shop sales for this event will be CASH ONLY, so you might want to visit the ATM on your way in! (Note: if you must use another form of payment, you can track down the seller and work something out directly with them.)
- You do not have to pre-register to sell your stuff, but you must be an individual or professional member of INBC.
- If you are selling stuff, you must download and print the “SwapNShop tags” file here. You will complete a whole row of 3 tags for EACH item you are selling. The first (leftmost) tag is for your records. The other two tags should be safety-pinned to the item (do not separate the two tags – that will happen when the item is sold).
- Liz Wray did an excellent Swap ‘n Shop tutorial video for a prior Bazaar that will explain the whole process (and put you in a good mood). You can watch the video on YouTube here.
- If you have any questions, please email inbcisametd@gmail.com.
Vendors
Shopping is always a big part of our events (and belly dancers love to shop)!
Booth size is 8′ x 8′; cost is $100 per booth space. Individual members receive discounted pricing of $50 per space. Professional members pay only $5 for their first space with additional spaces (if available) at $50 each.
Vendor application online soon.
Volunteers are the backbone of a successful event. If you’d like to help out, we’d love to have you! This year we will need help with: set up, tear down/clean up, registration desk, and swap ‘n shop. Volunteers will receive a special thank you gift.
If you are able to help, please let us know by sending us an email. If there’s a particular job or time slot you’re interested in, feel free to include that information in your email. When you arrive at the event, please let the registration desk know that you signed up to volunteer and we will work with you to find an opportunity that accommodates your schedule!
