All businesses vending at an Indiana Bellydance Collective event agree to the following:
- Vendor agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee prior to the day of the event and that all vendor fees are non-refundable,
- Vendor shall provide their own tables, chairs, table covers, display items, POS systems, and any other items needed to operate. Venue may have a limited number of chairs available for your use, but we cannot guarantee this for all venues.
- Vendor is expected to return the areas used to the same state of cleanliness prior to usage.
- All trash must be placed into trash receptacles. Any excess trash or mess left in space results in an additional $100 cleaning fee. If bulky items are left, a charge of $75 per bulk item will be billed.
- Illegal substances or alcohol are not to be brought onto the premises. Vendor may not serve or sell alcohol but may bring snacks. Please clean up any trash or food items.
- Vendor is expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Inappropriate behavior or language will not be tolerated.
- INBC and the venue will not be held responsible for any items left after an event.
- Vendor hereby agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the venue, Indiana Bellydance Collective, and any affiliates, from all liability that may be caused either directly or indirectly by the actions of the vendor during the event. Vendor further agrees that they shall be solely responsible for any and all liability to any other party that may incur from the actions of the vendor or their agents during the event. Vendor further agrees that they release, acquit and forever discharge, and waive any and all claims against the venue, Indiana Bellydance Collective, and any affiliates that arise from or relate to vendor’s participation in the event.
